With a valuable combination of professionalism and untiring passion for service, Claire Richmond founded and leads Community First Association Management, LLC.

During her 30-year career, Claire has successfully directed a varied portfolio of business and real estate assets, as well as an array of residential communities. Since her first assignment in the early 90s, when she joined a team tasked with opening corporate childcare centers throughout Southern California, Claire’s excitement for management and building teams has continued to evolve. Most recently, Claire served as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Alderbrook Golf & Yacht Club, an amenity-rich, large-scale community on Hood Canal. Claire led the association to financial soundness, enhanced property values and an inclusive community culture.

Claire builds strong, dedicated property teams of all sizes in her work with condominiums, homeowner associations and developers. While presenting meticulous properties and meeting budgetary goals, Claire is also known for fostering enriching and connective member environments. In 2017 Claire earned the Professional Community Association Manager credential, Community Association Institute’s pinnacle achievement. In her continued commitment to professional growth, she is a 2022 candidate for the esteemed CPM® designation from IREM®. For rest and relaxation, Claire enjoys leisure golf and spending time with her husband George and a growing number of grandchildren.

With a solution-driven approach and strong understanding of residential and commercial property operations, George provides CFAM clients with comprehensive guidance and strategic, innovative solutions. Focused on preventative and predictive maintenance plans, George empowers community associations to keep all facets of the property running optimally while reducing repair and maintenance expenses. His expertise includes reserve planning, project coordination, contract administration, vendor relations and adapting designs for finite budgets. George has over four decades of experience in electrical, plumbing and HVAC engineering and is proud to call the South Sound home.
